HAMPTON, Va., Feb. 21, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- On February 19, 2019 the Board of Directors of Old Point Financial Corporation declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on its common stock to be paid on March 29, 2019 to shareholders of record as of March 5, 2019. This dividend represents a $0.01 per share increase, or 9.1%, from the prior quarter's dividend and is also a $0.01 increase from the prior year's quarterly dividend level. Based on the stock's closing price of $23.00 on February 20, 2019, the dividend yield is approximately 2.1%.
